- Empana los cachopollos, pásalos primero por harina... palméalos sobre una tabla para quitarles el exceso de harina y al mismo tiempo fijar la justa.... luego báñalos en el huevo batido, escúrrelos y pasa por pan rallado.
- Mete los cachopollos empanados unos 15-30 minutos al congelador, así no se te abrirán luego.
- Saca los filetes del congelador y colócalos en la freidora con el aceite bien caliente hasta que se hagan. Listo!
