- 1 vaso salsa de soja
- 1/2 cebolla blanca

 Cortamos en trozos laminados pequeños la pechuga de pollo y la maceramos durante un rato bañada con la salsa de soja.

- Mientras se termina la pechuga, en un caldero ponemos agua y hervimos la pasta de arroz china, no tarda más de un minuto en hacerse. (esta pasta se puede conseguir en un supermercado chino). Si no también se pueden utilizar el espaguetis más fino que encuentre. 
- Una vez hecha la pasta de arroz, la escurrimos y añadimos al wok o sartén donde está la pechuga, removemos y le damos un hervor, no más de un minuto para que no se nos seque. (se le puede volver a añadir un chorrito de soja, cuestión de gustos).
- Finalmente sacamos, emplatamos y a comer. 
- NOTA** Si quieres que se quede mejor añádele cuando echas la pechuga de pollo, algunas gambas. O si no te gusta la pechuga, puedes sustituirla por ternera, gambas, solo verdura, etc.
