- Mientras tanto iremos pelando y cortando el tomate, la patata, que la cortaremos a dados no muy grandes y el chorizo a rodajas.
- Una vez casi pochadas las verduras, añadiremos el tomate, aunque antes retiraremos la pimienta de cayena. Salpimentaremos. Dejaremos hacer un rato más.
- Pasados esos minutos sacaremos las hojas de laurel y reservaremos. Seguidamente añadiremos un vaso de agua y trituraremos todas las verduras.
- Hecho esto añadiremos el chorizo, el bacon, los dados de espinacas, la patata, los garbanzos, y la pastilla de Avecrem.
- Dejaremos que todo ello vuelva a hervir. Removeremos todo un par de minutos y por último cubriremos de agua. Dejaremos hervir hasta que la patata y los garbanzos estén tiernos. Blanquearemos de impurezas
- Mientras rectificaremos de sal y pimienta y añadiremos el ajo y perejil seco.
