- 150 g setas shiitake

- 1 trocito jengibre fresco
- 1 litro caldo de verduras o pollo (mejor casero)
- 2 cucharadas shiro miso
- 1 lámina alga nori
- 80 g fideos orientales
- 1/2 pechuga de pollo amarillo
- 1 cucharada salsa siracha (opcional)
- 1 cucharadita sésamo negro
- 1 cucharadita sésamo tostado

- Preparamos los ingredientes para tenerlos a mano.
- Cocemos los huevos 4 minutos y los enfriamos en agua con hielo.
- Pelamos los huevos y los marinamos en soja y agua en un vasito pequeño cada uno. Dejarlos marinar mientras hacemos el resto.
- En una cazuela con un poco de aceite, rehogamos la cebolleta cortada en juliana con un poco de sal para que sude bien.

- Añadimos los fideos y dejamos reposar 5 minutos o hasta que estén hechos.
- Servimos en 2 boles de ramen añadiendo 1 huevo partido en dos a cada uno, la parte verde de la cebolleta, las tiras de pollo y adornamos con unas semillas de sésamo.
