- Incorporamos la mezcla en una, anga pastelera y cortamos las esquina del ancho que queramos las salchuchas
- Sobre un papel film de 30 cm de largo, hacemos una salchicha de 20 cm de largo, y la enrollamos y cerramos lo extremos. Repetimos hasta terminar con la mezcla
- Refrigeramos las salchichas mientras ponemos agua a hervir en una cazuela
- Cuando empiece a hervir cocemos las salchichas 6 minutos
- Dejamos atemprear y las desenvolvemos
- En una sartén con AOVE o aceite de coco las doramos
- Abrimos los panes y montamos los perritos al gusto
