  3. Cuando hallan pasado unos treinta minutos añadimos a el caldo una cucharadita de colorante alimentario, lo removemos un poco y comprobamos como esta de sabor rectificamos de sal.
  4. Vamos haciendo las albóndigas mojándonos las manos de vez en cuando con un poco de vinagre para que no se nos peguen y las incorporamos a el caldo, añadimos la yema que teníamos reservada removemos y dejamos cocer unos veinte minutos “más o menos” y listo ya podemos disfrutar de unas excelentes albóndigas con caldo.
