  3. 1 Pechuga de pollo

  11. Pimienta

  2. Dejamos la pechuga en la sartén hasta que esté totalmente sellada y retiramos. En un cazo, cocemos un huevo por persona (o dos) durante 12 - 15 minutos.
  3. Cortamos la cebolla y los champiñones en tiras. No es necesario picarlos demasiado. Una vez hecho, los ponemos en la sartén. Cuando cojan color les añadimos vino, y por último un toque de salsa de soja. A la vez que hacemos la cebolla y champiñones, cortamos la pechuga en medallones y la añadimos al caldo
  4. Una vez los huevos estén cocidos, los pelamos, los cortamos verticalmente y reservamos. Juntamos la cebolla y champiñones en la olla de caldo con la carne y añadimos un bote de brotes de soja, y dejamos 5 minutos a fuego lento
  5. En una olla aparte cocemos los noodles, no es necesario hacerlos demasiado, así acabaran de hacerse en el cuenco de ramen, y absorberán caldo. Probamos el caldo, por si fuese necesario añadir sal o más salsa de soja
  6. Por último, en un cuenco colocamos el alga nori, añadimos noodles, el caldo y por último el huevo. Y ya está listo para comer!
  7. Podéis quitarle el pollo y usar caldo de verduras si queréis un ramen vegano!
