- Cortamos la cebolla y el pimiento en cubitos pequeños, y pochamos durante 3 o 4 minutos. Enseguida echamos el curry para sofreirlo ligeramente 1 minuto.
- Antes de que las especias se quemen echamos la leche de coco y el caldo de verduras. Movemos bien.
- Hervimos unos 15 minutos, echamos el pollo y los garbanzos cocidos. Removemos y dejamos cocer todo junto 10 minutos. Echamos las espinacas y apagamos el fuego, dejamos reposar.
- Montamos los platos con un poco de arroz en un lado y la sopa cubriendo todo ¡Se come con cuchara! Disfrutad!
