  6. En la misma olla sofreír un poco la cebolla y añadir el caldo con las especias que hemos removido bien antes.
  7. Cocinar a fuego medio alto durante 10 minutos para que reduzca el caldo y se cocine la cebolla.
  8. Retirar del fuego y añadir la mantequilla. Derretir la mantequilla con el calor residual.
  9. Cuando la mantequilla está integrada añadir de una en una las cucharadas de nata para cocinar mezclando cada vez que se añade cada una.
  10. Cuando esté integrada la nata incorporamos los champiñones.
  11. Volver a poner en el fuego bajo y sin llegar a cocer añadir el pollo, cocinar 30 segundos y llevar al horno precalentado a 200° durante 10 minutos.
  12. Servir con perejil fresco picado. Buen provecho!
