- 600 gr aprox de pechuga de pollo fileteada
- 10 lonchas queso y jamón york
- 3 huevos
- 250 gr pan rallado con ajo y perejil

- Enrollamos el york con el queso encima y lo pondremos encima de la pechuga.

- Cogémos 3 platos. En uno ponemos la harina, en el otro los 3 huevos y en el último el pan rallado.
- Vamos rebozando de uno en uno los libritos. Primero lo pasamos por harina con cuidado que no se nos abran (hay que henarinarlos muy bien), después lo pasamos por el huevo y por último por el pan rallado. Así uno por uno hasta terminar.
- Por último calentamos una sartén para freír los libritos. Tened en cuenta de meterlos con el aceite bien cliente. Podéis utilizar una espumadera para no quemaros. Freír hasta que estén bien doraditos.
- Podéis acompañarlos con patatas fritas, puré de patatas, ensalada o lo que prefiráis. Buen provecho.
