  5. Una vez no salga más espuma o casi espuma. Añadir los garbanzos y las verduras. Tapar poner la olla súper rápida al 2 y dejar que el vapor salga. Dejar cocer 10 o 15 minutos. Apartar del fuego. Y sacar el vapor.
  6. Abrir la olla y añadir los fideos. Poner al fuego otra vez y dejar hacer los fideos. En casa lo sirvo de la siguiente manera : En un plato la carne (el jamón, la pechuga, las costillas, la ternera, el tocino) sin caldo. En en el plato de cada uno saco los garbanzos con los fideos y las verduras con el caldo
